Rain lingers over north-east Scotland
Rain lingers over north-east Scotland overnight into Friday, but much drier for much of the UK overnight, with winds easing slightly too. Showers arriving into the west early on Friday. Some bright and sunny weather in the south-east but the showers spreading across much of the rest of the UK. - This is the Met Office UK Weather forecast for the evening of 07/12/23.
