I made a lovely peach cookie ~
It's a cookie that was popular in sns about 2 years ago.
Cookie batter has been tested many times with different ratios, and this recipe seems to be baking well without the viscosity
I wanted to make a peach cookie with real peaches so I boiled the peaches and boiled the syrup and flesh
The baking color of the cookie hardly comes out and the color is more lovely
I had to color the peach syrup red than I thought
I thought it was peach and lovely than I thought.

▶ About 8 sets
▶ Material
1 peach
30 g of sugar
200 g of water
Salt-free Butter 40g
Sugar Powder 70g
1 egg
Vanilla Extract 3g
5g lemon juice
Force 185g
10 g of honey
Food coloring (red, white)
▶ Recipe
1. Cut the peach into a pot with sugar and water and boil. When the color of the peach comes out and the syrup is formed, take it out of the fire and put the syrup separately.
2. Grind the pulp in a blender, put it back in a saucepan, stir and simmer and cool.
3. Gently unsalted butter, add sugar powder and mix. Add egg, vanilla extract and lemon juice.
4. Sift the flour and mix, divide the dough into 20g each and make a round shape and pan in the oven pan.
5. Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated at 170 ° C for 20 minutes and dig the middle of the cookie when warm.
6. Mix the dug cookies, boiled peach and honey and put them in a sachet.
7. Fill the middle of the cookie with (6) and sand two cookies.
8. Mix the red and white food coloring with the cooled syrup, mix the cookies, remove the color, and dry for 1 minute.
