Potato pancakes Никогда не пробовала НАСТОЛЬКО вкусны...

RECIPES:
--- 1 --- Velvet #pancakes
• Milk - 2 cups
• Water (boiling hot water!) - 1 cup
• Flour (sifted) - 1.5 cups
• Eggs - 3 pcs.
• Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
• Sugar - 3 tbsp.
• Salt - 0.5 tsp.
*** I do not specify the volume of the cup. It doesn't matter. It is important that you measure both the liquid and the flour with the same cup!
You need to fry pancakes in a hot frying pan!
And one more thing! If pancakes suddenly tear when frying - add a couple of tablespoons of flour and leave the dough for 10 minutes. It's just everyone has different flour.

--- 2 --- Pancakes without flour (2 versions of the dough)
• Milk - 150 ml
• Eggs - 2 pcs.
• Sugar - 1 tsp.
• Salt - 1 pinch
• Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
• Pudding - 40 g
*** I use vanilla pudding (in the first version) and chocolate pudding (for chocolate pancakes)

--- 3 --- Onion Pancakes
• Eggs - 2 pcs.
• Flour - 220-250 g (sifted!)
• Water - 250 ml
• Milk - 250 ml
• Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
• Onions - 1-2 pcs.
• Salt - 0.5 tsp.
• Sugar - 1 tbsp.
• Sour cream - 1 tbsp.
• Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.

--- 4 --- Pancakes with cheese and greens
• Flour - 280 g
• Milk - 500 ml
• Hard cheese - 120 g
• Eggs - 2 pcs.
• Salt - 0.5 tsp.
• Baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
• Sugar - 1 tsp.
• Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.
• Dill - 1 bundle

--- 5 --- Lace pancakes
• Milk - 300 g
• Flour - 6 tbsp. (heaped)
• Eggs - 3 pcs.
• Salt - 0.5 tsp.
• Sugar - 2 tbsp.
