2011 F-150 Ecoboost Stretched Timing Chain Noise

This is the noise my 2011 F-150 Ecoboost has made over the last 4 days October 21st to 24th 2014.  This is after the dealer has said they will fix the truck, I am just waiting on them to organize logistics.

The truck has made the noise everyday since.
