• १/२ कप उडीद डाळ
• १/२ कप उडदाच्या डाळीचं पीठ
• १/४ कप पाणी
• १/४ चमचा बेकिंग सोडा
• १/२ चमचा मीठ
• १ चमचा तेल
• १ कप बेसन
• तळण्यासाठी तेल
• १/४ चमचा चाट मसाला
• १ चमचा जिरेपूड
• १ चमचा लाल तिखट

Let’s see how to make crispy, crunchy snack chorafalli today. This is a popular Gujrati snack recipe. It looks really tempting and tastes just awesome. It turns out nice, fluffy, crispy and crunchy. It is one of the best tea time snack options. This is a very easy and simple recipe. With Gauri-Ganapati festival round the corner, you must be looking some faral recipes for Gauri. Then this recipe is a good option for you. This is a traditional Gujrati recipe that is generally made for Diwali. But you can make it at any other time and store. Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup Urad dal
• 1/2 cup Urad dal flour
• 1/4 cup Water
• 1/4 tsp Baking soda
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Oil
• 1 cup Besan
• Oil for frying
• 1/4 tsp Chat masala
• 1 tsp Cumin powder
• 1 tsp Red chili powder

Method:
• Clean the urad well with the help of clean, wet cotton cloth and blend it into fine powder in mixer.
 Sieve the flour well.
• Mix water, baking soda, salt and oil well together in a bowl and keep it aside.
• Sieve besan and urad dal flour into a bowl and mix well.
• Mix the water mixture well once and add it into the besan mixture.
• Mix it well with spoon and knead the dough well.
• Knead the dough really good and spread a little oil on it.
• Again knead the dough well and take out small potions from it.
• Make it smooth and even and roll out as thin chapati as possible.
• Cut it into strips and transfer it into a dish. Keep it covered.
• Mix chat masala, cumin powder and red chili powder well in a bowl and spice mix is ready.
• Heat up oil on medium heat in a pan and drop chorafalli into it.
• Fry chorafalli well from both sides on low to medium heat.
• When chorafalli get nice golden color from both sides, take them out, drain excess oil and transfer
 them on a wire rack.
• Sprinkle spice mixture on chorafalli and toss them well. Chorafalli is ready.
• Store chorafalli in an airtight container once it cools down completely.
• It has shelf life of about a month.
