On 16th January 1994, the
On 16th January 1994, the 2nd leg of the 1993 Suntory Championship was played at the Tokyo National Stadium. Verdy Kawasaki (green & white) led Kashima Antlers (white & red) 2-0 after the first leg, thanks to goals from their captain Kazuyoshi Miura (No.11) and Brazilian midfielder Bismark (No.7). With their own Brazilian star trio of Zico (No.10), Alcindo (No.7) and Santos (No.8), Kashima Antlers were determined to turn the tie around...
