The 5.11 Thumbdrive holster is great for Police Duty or training belt situations.  It is a level 2 type holster with a thumb release.  This holster is made for a duty belt but convertible to be used on a chest rig or even the 5.11 thigh rig.  VERY durable, and functional.  These holsters are made for Glock, the M&P, Beretta 92, and the Sig families to name just a few.
