This 30 minute no repeat, all standing workout is guaranteed to make you sweaty and test your strength.
The main focus of this workout is your lower body and shoulders but I didn't want to neglect the abs so I've included some oblique twists to really engage that core.
I am using a pair of 5kg dumbbells, which is perfect for me so please choose your weight wisely.
