I’m V A Winter, an indie author writing about the women history vilifies, misrepresents, and forgets. I also talk a lot about representation, and why it matters. I believe that everyone has an important voice, and an interesting story to tell.

On this channel, I’m showing my life as an indie author working a full-time job, talking about the books I’m reading, and sharing the knowledge I gain along the way.

About me:
I have an MA in Creative Writing, and a BA in English Literature and Creative Writing, which have both given me a good understanding of story as both a reader and a writer. My stories are all about people like me: people who live on the margins of society, whether that’s because of social class, mental health, neurodivergence, or something else.
