» Kimchi Bibim Guksu recipe:
(2 person serving size)
Ingredients:
Half a carrot
Half a cucumber
5~6 lettuce leaves
4~5 perilla leaves
Kimchi (optional)
Flour based thin noodles
Sauce:
0.5 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp red pepper paste
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp sesame oil
A bit less than 1 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar (optional)
2 Tbsp concentrated plum extract (if not then you may add honey or sugar, add 1 Tbsp at a time and customize sweetness)
Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds on top
