One more point. And this isn’t anti-black it’s just taking advantage of people. Watchtower has grown because of a free labor force. America has grown because of a free labor force. It really baffles me that the governing body get paid (and embezzle money. Google how they’ve been doing it since the beginning of the organization and investing in expensive properties for their own benefit and not properties for witnesses) and none of their members get anything in return. I would hope black witnesses realize they are in a second round of slavery to a bunch of white overseers. And it’s not volunteer work because the people working are being lied to and manipulated into believing they are saving lives. When in reality they are just free labor for a publishing company that disguises itself as a religion. And the poor members who are financially supporting get nothing in return. This religion doesn’t do good drives, they don’t get involved in anything to actually help the community other than offering lip service. Other churches will house the homeless or have group activities. At most a JW will get some help if there is a natural disaster. That’s it. Otherwise everyone is on their own. I really wanna keep JWs out of poor black neighborhoods because they are not offering a live saving work. They’re just recruiting poor people and making them commit to a life of poverty and free labor. Just like their ancestors. Common y’all. We literally just got equal rights for everything in the 70s. Don’t let this religion hold us back in time even more.
