Meringue cookies recipe! Perfect meringue even without purchased piping nozzle and without a proper piping bag! For this recipe I ONLY need 2 ingredients !
I show in this video how to make perfect meringue, crispy and very delicious! And everyone can really do that at home!
The main thing is that you take exactly twice as much sugar as egg whites for this recipe!
INGREDIENTS for a baking tray 30x40 cm:
60 g egg whites
120 g sugar (including vanilla sugar at your request)
you can also take a pinch of salt or a pinch of citric acid
I bake the meringues in a preheated oven at a temperature of
85 Degrees Celsius (185° F) Top-bottom heat without convection about 90 minutes
You may need less or a little more time in your oven!
