Hi Friends! Roll out your Yoga Mat and join me for this 20 Minute seated Gentle Yoga class. We do some yoga poses seated, some lying down and some on hands and knees. It's a super gentle practice, you are sure to come away feeling stretched and relaxed. We do a lot of circular movements to awaken and lubricate our joints. This class is gentle enough for prenatal and post natal and great for beginners. I hope you enjoy it!
