Set up Terraform to create a GKE cluster

Terraform is used to automate infrastructure on any cloud. DevsOperative is using it to create a Google Kubernetes Engine cluster (GKE) on Google Cloud Platform. In this episode, we get set up with the terraform and gcloud cli's, go over documentation, and make our first attempt at standing up a cluster.
