MILK CHEESE DRAGON FRUIT RECIPES
Dragon Fruit Pudding Ingredients:
- 1 Dragon Fruit 500gr = IDR 7,500
- 100 g sugar = Rp. 1,300
- 600 ml of water
- 7 g Colorless Agar Powder = Rp 3.500 (swallow / globe)
Dragon Fruit Juice Ingredients:
- 1 Dragon Fruit 500gr = IDR 7,500
- 100 ml of water
- 50 g sugar = IDR 650
Milk Cheese Ingredients:
- 20 g Creamer Powder = IDR 2,000 (fibercream)
- 400 ml Full Cream Liquid Milk = Rp 6,200 (diamond)
- 100 g Cheese Oles = Rp. 6,765 (prochiz spready)
- 150 g Thickened Sweetness = Rp. 3,400 (omela)
Other Materials:
- 360 g Natadecoco with water = Rp. 6,000 (alone)
- 100 g of pearl sago = IDR 2,500
TOTAL = IDR 47,315, -
* Note *
- 1 Recipe so 10 cups measuring 300 ml
- The selling price ranges from Rp. 9,000, - not including the cup, please add how much the price for the cup you will use
- If you use a cup like the one I use, the selling price is IDR 14,000, - because the price of the cup is quite expensive, I suggest using a cup that costs only 1000 so it can be sold at a price of 10 thousand / cup
- Hold 3/4 days in the refrigerator store in the chiller
- The selling price is relative, yes, because the price of dragon fruit can change at any time
