Hello my beautiful fam!!!! Welcome back to my kitchen! Today I want to share with you how I make a super easy and delicious Asado! This dish is perfect for any occasions, in Durango Mx, we serve it as a main dish for a birthday party, bautizo, quinceañera, and even weddings! Ingredients:
5 lbs pork leg
7-8 oz beer
1 bolillo
1 Orange
1 abuelita chocolate
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon cumin
2 bay leaves
3 garlic cloves
2 oz Chile ancho
1/2 lb Chile California(Colorado)
Salt to your liking
