My First Time Eating in a Dining Car: Amtrak Coast Starlight

It's time for another Amtrak trip report! This time we are riding the famous Coast Starlight service. While the train runs from Los Angeles to Seattle, we are hopping on in San Jose and riding until Portland, Oregon. That gives us more than enough time to enjoy views of San Francisco Bay and the Cascade Range. Along the way, we spot some patriotic wildlife, and eat in a Dining Car for the first time. A great journey on the French Toast Starlight.
