We each move through the world in a unique way that's expressed through one of 4 Energy Types. Your Energy Type is the underlying deep movement that is in your being and comes out through your personality. It shows up in your behavior tendencies, in your thoughts and feelings, and in the characteristics and tendencies on how you approach the world.

I'm often asked if every Energy Type has freckles and whether those freckles are expressed differently depending upon your Type.
The answer is "Yes". Freckles are actually part of the overall assessment when determining your, or someone else's, Energy Type. And in this video, I'll show you specific examples of freckles for each Type.
However, I caution you to not use an assessment of your freckles alone to determine your Type. It's just one tool available to you. The absolute best method to determine Energy Type is facial profiling. I've created quite a few videos you can watch for each Type. Check those out at:
