This is actualy a quick tutorial for hosting your own dedicated MW3 server. I think that it's legal, but I'm not sure about that quite yet. Here is a little manual about how to start:
Windows Vista & XP:

NOTE: Windows 7 64 bit users need to expect some difficulty in setting up a dedicated home pc server but, it is not impossible, just more difficult for some unknown reason.

1. Edit your server.cfg file
2. Open iw5mp_server.exe
3. Type: sv_maprotation
4. Type: start_map_rotate
5. Edit server name by: set sv_hostname "(name)"
6. Cheq your hostname by: sv_hostname
7. Change map by: map mp_(name)
8. Kick by using: kick (playername)
9. Bann = on the same way
10. Enjoy playing ..
If the server file says that your server is outdated. Follow these steps:
1. Go to steam and then Library.

2. Click on All games to open the menu

3. Search for MW3 Server, right click on it and choose the delete option.

4. Reinstall it so that it will download the latest version.
