Pay Attention To The Road

We had a couple recoveries we took the LJ on. Both recoveries I was given incorrect data about the situation. First I was told a minivan was stuck in the bar ditch, so we assumed with it being light it would be no problem. Then we showed up to a very overload minivan... But we got it. Then we were told that a Nissan Pickup had slid off the road on Long Canyon, we were never told it was on its side. Had to get creative but got it back on its wheels and pulled out. Unfortunately the customer started it and pulled oil into the intake so it had to go to a shop and have the plugs pulled. Then he was able to continue on.
