“Large-scale Breeding Failure” is when an owner starts with one pet and buys more. The pets, not neutered, begin breeding and multiply. The numbers of these cats and dogs grow to the point that the owner cannot look after them properly any more.

In this case, the client is a 50 year old male from Kyoto Prefecture, who’s home became hoarded and also suffered from a large-scale breeding failure.

For the staff charged with clearing the property, what they found inside was an environment of squalor that they had not experienced before.
