All you need is a mat for this 10 minute lower ab focused workout. This is great to add-on to a workout OR perform on its own! During the exercises, try to limit any excessive arching in the low back while we are lying down to bias the lower anterior portion of your core and not the low back : ) A couple useful things to try is pressing the entire back into the mat (this will put you in a slight posterior pelvic tilt which is okay! You may make a better mind-muscle connection here) and/or place your hands underneath the pelvis to help make that connection. We have ten exercises today. Every exercise is performed for 60 seconds. There are no breaks. This one builds and burns. Let me know how this workout goes in the comments below : )
