Audi S-Tronic DSG problem

I have Audi a6 C7 3.0 tdi quattro with S-tronic(same as dsg) with about 2000€ of repair bill(after 70% Audi's involment) at 104000km's passed right after 4-year warranty expired. The problem was like car was automatically engage or disengage the clutch while driving. Went to the dealer/service here in Zagreb, Croatia, and they were trying to find the problem for 3 working days. when they figured out how much it will cost they waited another two days for ME to call THEM! and then they said that cost of the complete repair and service would be around 7300€(euro's) but audi wants to take 70% of the bill on their own, and that left me at roughly 2000€ of expense.
Problem started with defective Gerbox oil heat exchanger that left coolant enter the gearbox and oil from the gearbox enter the engine cooling system, that mixed fluids caused the failure of the mechatronic unit and clutch.
They changed quite a bit of parts, complete clutch, whole mechatronic unit, heat exchanger, coolant system being cleaned and gearbox also, new gearbox oil and coolant.

Also I'm very dissapointed how Audi agreed to take 70% of expense and thus confess that its factory defect product, theres no possibility that user could do anything to the gear oil heat exchanger and cause problems with his car.
If its factory defect problem, they should be taking whole expense, and leave user with fixed car.

also, just to say, it is an exceptional car, really nice to drive, quattro is excellent on the snow( take a look at one of my videos) but this money picking act from the factory/service is really bad, and definately my next car wount be from european maker, ill get some car from a manufacturer that doesnt cheat on factory parts, and picks money from their buyers pocket.
