Sweet potato fries have never tasted so good! Golden, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, sweet potato fries are now very easy to make! If you are looking for a simple and practical recipe, you should definitely make this one!

📝 Ingredients:
2 Sweet Potatoes
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp corn strach
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp white vinegar
👩🍳 Preparation steps:
1. Peel and slice the potatoes.
2. Prepare a mixture of flour, starch, baking powder and baking soda.
3. Make a mixture of water and vinegar.
4. Gradually add flour and vinegar mixture to the potatoes and mix.
5. Fry on a medium heat for about 10 minutes.
6. Sprinkle with parsley.
