نبذة عن المجمع:
مجمع كوتا بونقا يعتبر من أشهر المجمعات السكنية في منطقة بونشاك والذي يتضمن العديد من الفلل السكنية للإيجار. يعتبر المجمع مقصد ووجهة لمعظم السياح وبالأخص الخليجيين وكذلك السياح العرب نظرا لطبيعة المجمع من حيث الطبيعة الخلابه في منطقة بونشاك وكذلك احتوائه على كافة ما يحتاجه السائح مثل البقالات العربية وقريب جدا من السوق والعديد من المطاعم والمحلات التجارية. يوجد في المجمع مسجد وتقام عليه كل الصلوات وكذلك صلاة الجمعة. من وجهة نظري رأيت المجمع جيد جدا لما فيه من الخيارات العديدة من حيث الفلل ومكان آمن جدا. هذا الفيديو يتضمن جولة في أرجاء هذا المجمع الراقي جدا مع تغطية لأهم الأماكن المتوفرة فيه ويوضح أيضا الطبيعة المتميزة والجذابة.
ملاحظة مهمة بخوص حجز الفلل السكنية ، لا أنصح بأن يتم الحجز مسبقا من خلال الصور المتوفرة في الانستقرام او من قبل شركات السياحة ولكن يفضل وبشدة أن يتم الذهاب إلى منطقة بونشاك ومن ثم المجمع كوتا بونقا مبكرا في الصباح وأخذ الجولة الكافية مع السائق لغرض اختيار افضل الفلة السكنية بحسب ما يتناسب مع الشخص نفسه. لا تعتمد على اختيار السائق أو الصور المتوفرة لأنه الواقع يكون مختلفا. هذه الملاحظة مهمة جدا جدا ومن واقع تجربة. تتراوح وتختلف أسعار الفلل السكنية بحسب عدد الغرف والمكان وبالإضافة إلى توفر المسبح. أرى بأن يتم تخفيض السعر مع صاحب الفلة جيدا للحصول على أفضل الأسعار. للإستفسار يمكنكم مراسلتي من خلال الملاحظات.
About the complex:
The Kota Bunga complex is one of the most famous residential complexes in Puncak, which includes many residential villas for rent. The complex is a major destination for most tourists, especially the Gulf tourists, as well as Arab tourists, due to the nature of the complex in terms of the picturesque nature in the Puncak region, as well as it contains all what the tourist needs such as Arab groceries, very close to the market, many restaurants and shops. There is a mosque in the complex, where all prayers and Friday prayers are performed. In my opinion, I saw the complex is very good because it has many options in terms of villas and a very safe place. This video includes a tour around this very amazing complex with coverage of the most important places available in it and also explains the distinct and attractive nature there.
An important note regarding the reservation of villa in Kota Bunga, I do not recommend that reservations be made in advance through the pictures available in the Instagram or by tourism companies, but I strongly prefer to go the Puncak - Kota Bunga early in the morning and take the enough time with the driver for the purpose of choosing the best villa according to what is appropriate for you. Do not depend on the choice of the driver or the pictures available, as the reality is different. The prices for villas is different according to the number of rooms and the location, in addition to the availability of the swimming pool.
