How To Make Custard Desserts

Custard is a variety of culinary preparations based on sweetened milk,corn starch, or gelatin. Depending on the recipe, custard may vary in consistency from a thin pouring sauce to the thick pastry cream.

✅Ingredients

✔1 Tablespoons custard powder
✔2  cups (500ml) milk
✔2 tablespoons caster sugar or white sugar

✅METHOD

Step 1
✔Combine custard powder and 2 Tablespoons of the milk in a small bowl or jug. Stir until smooth.

Step 2
✔Place custard mixture, sugar and remaining milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until custard comes to the boil and thickens. Simmer, stirring for 1 minute.
