Quick and crunchy dessert! so easy to make, in 10 minutes! no eggs! They disappear in 1 minute!

📌Ingredients :
~3 and 1/4 cup of ground almonds (with ,or without skin) (350g).
~ 1 cup of powdered sugar (100g).
~ 3/4 cup of melted butter (150-160g).
2 tablespoons of orange blossom water (30ml).
1 tablespoon of honey (45g).
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder (8g)- optional-
250 phyllo dough (filo).
~1/2 cup of honey (160-180g).
some chopped almonds, and edible rose petals for garnish (optional).
