कूका आंदोलन 1872 || Kuka Movement of Namdhari sect. in 1872 (Reform Movement in Sikhism)

The Kuka movement is also known as Namdhari movement.
This movement initially started for reforms in Sikhism (purification in Sikhism) after Nirankari movement.
Bhagat Jawahar mal, baba Balak singh and Baba Ram singh (Main leader) were leaders of this movement.

The movement received a political overtone with the established aim of restoring Sikh rule in Punjab and ousting the foreign powers
