This cheese and ham snack is very easy to make and is incredibly delicious, I'm sure you'll love it!
Ingredients (cup size: 200ml)
- 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine (25g)
- 2 1/2 cups of wheat flour (250g)
- 1 egg yolk
- cottage cheese (250g)
- mozzarella cheese (150g)
- ham (150g)
- oregano to taste
Yield: 25 pastries
