Palashpur village is located in Kapasia upazila township of Gazipur district of Bangladesh. Almost all the inhabitants of this village are Hindus. Various flowers, fruit trees and vegetable gardens have emerged throughout the village as an ideal form of nature. Almost all the residents of this village are engaged in agriculture. The roads and houses of this village are all made of mud. The people of this village are very simple and calm. The bond of love and harmony with the surrounding Muslim community is deep.

পলাশ পুর গ্রাম বাংলাদেশের গাজীপুর জেলার কাপাসিয়া উপজেলা জনপদে অবস্থিত। এই গ্রামের প্রায় সকল অধিবাসীগণ হিন্দু ধর্মাবলম্বী। গ্রাম জুড়ে বিভিন্ন ফুল ফলের গাছ এবং শাক সবজির বাগান প্রকৃতির এক আদর্শ রূপ ফুটে উঠেছে। এই গ্রামের প্রায় সকল অধিবাসীণী কৃষিকাজ করে থাকেন। এই গ্রামের রাস্তাঘাট বসতবাড়ি সবই মাটি দিয়ে তৈরি। এই গ্রামের অধিবাসী গণ খুবই সহজ-সরল এবং শান্ত প্রকৃতির। আশেপাশের মুসলিম সম্প্রদায়ের প্রতি ভালোবাসা ও সম্প্রীতির বন্ধন রয়েছে গভীর।
