Steps in the video below :
Step 1 : soak the gloves in slightly warm water and remove intial layer of dirt
Step 2 : Apply glove wash and massage it into the gloves using your thumbs and fingers (remember to do the back of the gloves!)
Step 3 : Soak & squeeze the gloves, Repeat until the water leaving them is clean (No mud or foam)
