Ever wonder how bad the injection is in your toe? Are you scared of needles? Have you had one before???
The majority of my patients handle the injection very well. It is very manageable and most people make it through without any issues.
BUT what happens when the patient is terrified of needles? Or has extremely sensitive feet? It definitely makes the experience very difficult.
Today's video shows a young hockey player who may be super tough on the ice, but terrified of needles. The intention of this video is to show the more difficult cases where things aren't as smooth as other procedures. But in the end...everyone makes it through! I make sure of that!!!
