Mango pulp/puree processing plant in India - ABC Fruits

ABC Fruits is in to manufacturing and Export of Fruit pulp, puree, and concentrate in India. Our Mango processing plant was established in was established in 1997 with a small scale. In 2010, we constructed a new mango processing plant with two aseptic lines and one triple effect evaporator with 10 ton per hour capacity. Today, we are one of the largest fruit pulp manufacturers and exporters in India with a combined capacity of 30 ton per hour.

Mango pulp manufacturing process

00:41 - Loading of mangoes in to the processing factory
01:01 - Storing the mangoes in the ripening chambers
01:30 - Washing of mangoes with chlorinated and fresh water.
01:54 - Mango and peel separation by decanter
04:01 - Aseptic filling of mango puree
05:11 - MS drums packaging.
