In this video I will show you how to cook chicken breasts stuffed with cheddar cheese, butter, garlic, and herbs on the Pit Barrel Cooker! These turned out delicious and juicy. Ingredients Needed: (I used three large chicken breasts in this video, adjust amounts accordingly)
- 3 large chicken breast (trimmed)
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup avacado oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of herbs (parsley, oregano, basil)
- Bacon
- Butter
Directions:
- Trim chicken breasts
- Cut pockets into chicken breasts
- Stuff pockets with filling (see video to assemble)
- Wrap with Bacon strips until covered
- Place on Pit Barrel Cooker until internal temperature at thickest portion of breasts is 165 degree Fahrenheit
- ENJOY!
