What is Set Flow Permission App in Centre of Excellence (CoE) starter kit ?

This video explains the usage of Set Flow permission app in the Core Components solution. The Set Flow permission app allows an admin to set up permission for the flows existing in different environment in one screen. The ownership for a flow can be reassigned or set using this app. Also, the orphaned flows lying in the system can be mapped back to new owner.
