Cinnamon Stick (dalcinni) - 1 inch
Cardamom (elakki) - 2
Cloves (lavanga) - 3
Cashew (kaju) - 15 halves
Onion - 1 medium size, sliced
Tomato - 1 medium size, chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Mint Leaves (pudina) - 15
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp, chopped
Carrot - 1 medium size, chopped
Beans - 5, finely chopped
Fresh Green Peas - ¼ cup
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
Water - 1 ½ cup, 375ml
Salt - 1 tsp
