So I received a message from a subscriber asking me to elaborate on how to throw multiple body kicks effectively. This can be pretty tricky without the proper technique and balance, especially for beginners. Key points to remember:

1. Make sure you know how to properly throw a single body kick first!

2. Stay on the balls of your feet the whole time, never flat footed!

3. Bounce your shin off of your target right back into your stance.

4. Use the ground as a spring board to quickly throw your next kick!
