2 cups salt

In a saucepan, dissolve the salt in boiling water and let it cool down completely.

Once cold enough, pour your brine solution over your eggs and make sure the egg should be completely submerged with the water.

Store the jar in room temperature and leave them in the brine for 25 to 30 days.

Boil the eggs for 20 minutes.
