Hospital Corpsman (HM) is an enlisted medical specialist of the Navy who may also serve in a United States Marine Corps unit.
In this video, HM selected to serve with Marine Corps Operational Forces conduct a “trauma trail” as part of their Field Medical Service Technician (FMST) course aboard Camp Pendleton, California. The course is designed to train Sailors in combat trauma, field medical service skills, combat survival skills, and physical endurance to meet the requirements for the worldwide mission of the Marine Corps Operation Forces.
