In “CT of Major Vascular Injury in Blunt Abdominopelvic Trauma”, our article in the Trauma/Emergency Radiology section of this month’s issue of RadioGraphics, the authors from Boston University Medical Center review the mechanisms of injury, CT protocol considerations, and imaging features of major vascular and visceral vascular injuries in trauma patients.  After illustrating the spectrum of abdominopelvic injuries, the authors review the organ injury grading systems used clinically.
