1. Windows Server 2016 (VM or Physical)
2. IIS Server + CGI
3. Install NotePad++
4. Install PHP
5. C++ Visual Studio Redistributable (2015 and 2012)
6. Install URL Rewrite Module
7. PHP Manager
8. PHP Configuration
9. Testing
10. MySQL
11. Download Snipe IT/ Edit .env
12. Composer
13. Generate App Key
14. Create New Website
15. Finally, browse to our SNIPE-IT Pre-Flight and Setup
