Nags Head Woods wetlands and wildlife by ncwetlands.org

Nags Head Woods is a nature preserve owned and managed by the Nature Conservancy in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. It is home to a variety of wetland types, including interdunal ponds, maritime forest wetlands, and brackish marshes. Lots of wildlife lives at Nags Head Woods too. Aaron McCall, NC’s Northeast Regional Steward for the Nature Conservancy, describes the preserve’s wetlands and wildlife in this short video.
