Compelling evidence for Second Sight (the ability to see precise details of the future or past not inferable from the present) is broadcast over the surface of history.  Schopenhauer called it "a connection with the external world of a kind entirely different from the usual physical one...a complete dreaming of the real."  Mystical, spiritual, and even conventional religious teachings, together with insights from physics, psychology, transpersonal psychology, and philosophy weave a coherent affirmation of Second Sight as not only reality, but prime reality.

Errata:

1. In referencing Bernardo Kastrup's illuminating take on idealism, I use a misleading phrase: "for those not disposed to let philosophers talk them literally out of their senses".  Kastrup, in fact, works tirelessly to talk people into their senses and out of their false inferences based on the senses.  A more correct characterization would have been "for those not disposed to let philosophers talk them out of their common sense".  Traversing common sense, as William James long ago pointed out, is no insuperable barrier to a philosopher.  My book The Illusion of Will, Self, and Time: William James's Reluctant Guide to Enlightenment, elaborates 3 of James's common sense traversals corroborating the prime reality of second sight.  Without changing or adding a single word to the text, the title could have included a 4th: matter.

2.  I neglected to include the significant precognition research of Stan Krippner, one of the great pioneers of parapsychology.
