Cognac or brandy - 100 ml.
Heavy cream - 1 cup
Beef or chicken stock - 1 cup
Worcestershire sauce - 1 tbsp.
Yellow mustard - 1/2 tbsp.
Salt - 1/3 tsp.
Black pepper - 1/3 tsp.
