Bheja Fry Recipe || Lamb Brain Fry || Bakrid Special || Homemade Delicious Bheja Fry || A Must Try

Bheja Fry is a tasty Lamb Brain Fry made by first boiling the brain then frying i in oil.Do try this tasty brain fry recipe.

METHOD
=======
1.Remove the blood vessels from the brain and wash it well.

2.Boil brain in a glass of water along with
salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Cloves - 2
Cardamom - 1
Boil for 5 minutes then drain the excess water.

3.In a pan heat oil - 2 tablespoon...to it add
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Fry them and add the brain pieces and fry again.

4.After frying for 2 minutes then add fried onions - 2 medium sized.

5.Add green chillies diced, few mint and coriander leaves.

6.Fry for two minutes lower the flame and cook for two more minutes.

7.Bheja fry is ready serve hot with roti or phulka
