2015 Kia Soul Headlight & Turn Signal Inop

This 2015 Kia Soul came in with the complaint that the driver's side high beam head light and the left front turn signal were not working. I had started my diagnosis by checking that the bulb had been replaced per the work order description. I also confirmed that the connector to the bulb was good. The only problem I encountered was that the bulb was not properly seated in the housing. from there I checked the fuses and ran a vehicle code check. The fuses were all good but there was a code B2513:00 stored in the SJB . Clearing the code made no difference. I had tested for power and ground at the headlight connector and found the high beam signal missing when I noticed the primary connector to the headlamp assembly had been tampered with.
