We are LOVING our Harvest
We are LOVING our Harvest Right freeze dryer. In this video we freeze dried and taste tested some strawberries, kiwi, bananas, and pineapple. We just stored these in mason jars becase we will be snacking on them this week but you could store them for long term use in mylar bags as well. They can be used for snacking just like they are or reconstituted to use any way you would fresh fruit and the best part is that it tastes exactly like it did before it was freeze dried once you reconstitute it. They would also be great in smoothies or powdered and used for flavoring.
