It's time to expand services
It's time to expand services in a new part of the map! While not our first foray into Southampton, this is the first time Solent Red- Southampton's local brand under South Coast Busways- makes an appearance. We start Solent Red somewhat unconventionally with an orbital service. The 36 runs between the Millbrook estate and Bitterne's Merry Oak estate via Southampton General Hospital, Southampton University, and Bitterne town centre. The 36 operates with a fleet of refurbished Scania CN94UB OmniCities dating from 2004, now the oldest buses in use on the series.
