Our 1st THAI COOKING CLASS in KOH YAO NOI, Vlog THAILAND # 8
Hello everyone,
New video, new experience! Today we are taking you with us for our 1st Thai cooking class. We attended with Pierre and Cornélia Mina's cooking class.
We were able to prepare 5 dishes, a dessert and a drink.
Before starting to cook, Mina explained to us how Thai people cook, she made us taste and smell the different ingredients that we were going to use. We were also able to visit his garden, from which many of the ingredients for our recipes come.
Once all these explanations are done, it was time for preparation (we cut, we slice, we pound) and cooking.
We were able to taste a yellow squash curry, a green chicken curry, chicken with garlic and black pepper, beef with garlic and a shrimp salad. For dessert we prepared the famous sticky rice and mango dessert and as a drink lemongrass tea.
We strongly recommend that you take a class with Mina, she is adorable. For information, the course lasts 2h30 and costs 1800 baths per person, afterwards you can devour everything.
