Pheasant backs or dryads saddle are one of the best eating wild mushrooms around! A mild and versatile mushroom that can go in any meal, or just eaten by themselves! They are great sautéed or boiled, or baked. For all you survival folks out there, next time you’re foraging in the woods, see if you can find some, they are very easy to identify!
